At Soby Art Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality education and a positive learning environment for all students. Our courses are designed to help artists of all levels refine their skills, develop confidence, and explore new creative techniques.

To maintain fairness and integrity within our community, we have established the following policies regarding course access, refunds, and student conduct. By purchasing and participating in any course, you agree to the following terms:

1. Course Access & Usage Guidelines

• All courses are intended for personal learning only. Course materials, videos, PDFs, and techniques shared within the courses are for the enrolled student's use and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced in any form.
• Each student is granted lifetime access to purchased courses, barring any violations of this policy.
• Unauthorized sharing of course content (including but not limited to distributing lessons, sharing login credentials, or teaching techniques learned from the course without written permission from Olga Soby) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
• Any form of copyright infringement, redistribution, or reselling of course materials is a violation of intellectual property laws and will result in legal action, financial penalties, and permanent account termination.
• If evidence of course piracy, unauthorized reselling, or intellectual property theft is found, Soby Art Academy reserves the right to:
  • Pursue legal action to recover damages.
  • Report violations to relevant authorities, including copyright enforcement agencies.
  • Blacklist the individual from future purchases and access to any Soby Art Academy content.
    
    

2. Refund Policy & Fair Use

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure that students feel confident in their purchase. However, this policy is intended to support students who find a course genuinely unsuitable for their needs, not as a means to consume all content and request a refund after full completion.

To maintain fairness:

• Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are subject to review if a pattern of excessive refunds is identified.
• Students who repeatedly purchase, complete, and request refunds for multiple courses may have their access to the Academy permanently revoked.
• No partial refunds will be issued for students who have already consumed the majority of course content.

Additionally, we reserve the right to:

• Deny refunds for students who have abused the refund policy.
• Block further course enrollments from individuals demonstrating fraudulent behavior.
• Decline refund requests submitted outside the 30-day period, as this policy is strictly time-bound.
  
  

3. Student Conduct & Communication

We welcome and encourage respectful discussions, questions, and engagement. However, we expect all students to communicate in a professional, courteous, and constructive manner when reaching out to our support team or engaging within the Academy.

We do not tolerate:

• Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful language directed at our team members or other students.
• Harassment, threats, or inflammatory remarks in emails, comments, or messages.
• Any form of disruptive behavior that negatively impacts the learning environment.

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Termination of access to courses and the Academy, without a refund.
• Blocking of future purchases and communication channels.
• Legal action if threats, harassment, or defamation occur.

We are committed to treating our students with respect and expect the same in return. If you have a concern, we encourage you to reach out in a polite and professional manner so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.

4. Right to Decline Access

Soby Art Academy reserves the right to:

• Deny or revoke course access to any student who has violated our policies, including refund abuse or inappropriate conduct.
• Refuse service to individuals who have demonstrated unethical or fraudulent behavior in previous interactions.
• Permanently restrict access to individuals who repeatedly violate these terms.

Decisions regarding course access and participation are made at our sole discretion and are final.

5. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a course from Soby Art Academy, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the policies outlined above. Our goal is to maintain a fair, supportive, and inspiring learning environment while ensuring the rights and well-being of all students and our team.
